Address:
1210 Eglinton Ave W, Suite 102, Toronto, ON M6C 2E3, Canada

Business Email:
info@elevatoruptime.com

Description:
Elevator Uptime is a free, public platform for reporting and tracking elevator and escalator outages. It is built for the people who depend on them: tenants in residential buildings, workers in offices and hospitals, and riders on public transit. Anyone can report a broken elevator at any building in about 15 seconds, without creating an account. Every outage is tied to the building and, where public records allow, to the service contractor responsible. Each building has a public scorecard with uptime percentages, time-to-fix and per-unit history. The site also tracks official elevator and escalator status feeds from the MTA (New York), BART (San Francisco), WMATA (Washington), CTA (Chicago), MBTA (Boston), SEPTA (Philadelphia), TfL (London) and the TTC (Toronto), and rider reports add to those feeds. Riders can sign up for an email when an outage they reported is fixed. Elevator Uptime is built accessibility-first, for the communities most affected when elevators fail.
